Of all JEM Wealth staff, Hope is our hero. Not the hero we deserve, but the hero we need. From rescuing possums and cats, to saving administrative situations and rescuing Sam from evil printing problems, Hope is the Toowoomba office Client Services Officer. She is a hero to all staff and clients of JEM Wealth.

Hardest to hear, but the easiest to listen to – Hope repeats her own name multiple times over the phone, but her professionalism and efficiency mean she will always get the administrative job done.

Open and with a heart for service, Hope came upon some cats in a dire situation during her previous workplace. Leo the cat is cosy and comfortable in Hope’s care to this day. After moving on from property management after three years in that industry, Leo was not the only thing she picked up. Hope’s communication and organisational skills have also stuck with her coming into the world of financial planning.

Possum saviour: this is Hope. As seen on many news sites (search: Hope Thompson saves possum Toowoomba), Hope’s efficient heroinism has transitioned from animals to clients. Hope makes every person who walks through the door feel welcomed and valued…just like the rescued possum.

Ever a Toowoomba girl, born-and-bred, Hope attended Mater Dei Primary School and St Ursula’s College. Now, Hope has built herself a life here with friends, family, full-time work and friends. Impressively, she is also studying a Bachelor Business and Commerce at the University of Southern Queensland in her limited down time!

The hero of JEM Wealth, Hope is always here to take your calls and save you from administrative evils. Her calm diligence, pursuit of excellence and genuine care ensure that our workplace is welcoming and warm for all who drop by.
