My primary role is to liaise between the advisers and the clients to ensure a smooth process and total client satisfaction. I aim to be a fantastic point of contact and to utilise my skills and knowledge to build on the foundations for a long-lasting relationship with all our clients.

I am passionate about fighting for a client when it comes to difficult situations such as Centrelink and Insurance Claims, and always strive for a successful outcome.
